Not at all what I was expecting! I have always had hand me down cars, from family members or friends, and I never thought that buying a new car was within reach for me! The idea of going to a dealership always scared me, but boy was I wrong! The team at Kama'aina Motors were so friendly and made my experience amazing! I'm super busy working two jobs and they made the process easy and fast for me, working around my schedules! Shout out to Tina Kekaualua, throughout the whole process she made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything that was going on. I'm so glad I decided to go here! We were looking for a small, used SUV to use as a daily driver. Salesman Jeff came right up to us, asked what we were interested in and took us to some really nice Rogues. We had a great experience. I feel like all of the paperwork was handled quickly. We even stopped by again a couple of weeks later to see what else they had! We're very happy with our new ride. We'll definitely stop by at Kamaaina Nissan again, the next time we're looking for a vehicle.

I love the customer service and the way they handle their business to be honest. Every time I come either for service or maintenance the people there are friendly and very helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Kona Auto Center! Allen C. from Sales was kind and patient and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He was able to help me trade in my car from the mainland and get me into a Jeep which is way more practical for island life. I was able to get a great trade in value as well as a great deal on the Jeep. He went above and beyond to make sure the Jeep was perfect and had everything I needed. Also, Cassie in the Nissan Service Department was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend buying from Kona Auto Center. A+ :)

Cassie was really helpful. I needed a new key fob for a Nissan I just purchased from a private party. She was able to get the key programmed without having an appointment and did it with a smile. Mahalo Cassie!

Tony was Fantastic! He listened to my wants and needs and responded appropriately. I would have to say the kindest soul and really goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable purchasing a car from NJ site unseen. You can trust him for sure.
